Este sistema está restringido exclusivamente para usuarios autorizados por Axtel. Cualquier acceso o intento de acceso, uso o modificación del o al sistema y/o su información no autorizados por Axtel está estrictamente prohibido. Usuarios no autorizados serán sujetos a penalidades civiles, criminales y de cualquier otra índole. El uso de este sistema es monitoreado por Axtel en todo momento y grabado por razones administrativas, legales y de seguridad. Cualquier individuo que intente o tenga acceso a este sistema o a cualquier elemento del mismo, está advertido que si el monitoreo revela posible actividad criminal, Axtel puede proveer la evidencia de tal actividad a las autoridades competentes. Cualquier persona que no tenga una autorización previa y por escrito de Axtel y haga uso, ya sea en forma directa o indirecta, del sistema o de cualquier elemento del mismo, lo hace en contra de la voluntad de Axtel, por tanto, Axtel ejercitará todas las acciones legales que estén a su alcance y ejecutará cualquier derecho en contra de la o las personas y de su patrimonio que hagan un uso no autorizado, intenten o accesen el sistema y/o su información sin autorización de Axtel.

This system is restricted exclusively for users authorized by Axtel. Any access or attempt to access, usage or modification of or to the system and/or its information not authorized by Axtel is strictly forbidden. Non authorized users shall be subject to civil, criminal and any other kind of penalties. The usage of this system is monitored by Axtel at all times and recorded for administrative, legal and security reasons. Individuals that attempt or have access to this system or to any element of the same are warned that if monitoring reveals possible criminal activity, Axtel may provide the evidence of said activity to the competent authorities. Individuals who do not have a prior and written authorization from Axtel and make use, whether directly or indirectly, of the system or of any element of the same, do it against Axtel’s will, therefore, Axtel shall exercise all legal actions within its reach and shall execute any right against the person or persons and patrimony of whomever makes an unauthorized use, attempt to access or access the system and/or its information without Axtel authorization.
